Terms of Service

These terms describe the operating rules for using CapRadar. By creating an account, starting a subscription, uploading documents, or using exports, you agree to use CapRadar for lawful commercial real estate analysis and outreach workflows.

Product Scope

CapRadar provides software for document reconciliation, deterministic underwriting, evidence review, memo generation, and outreach export preparation. CapRadar does not provide legal, tax, accounting, securities, investment, or lending advice.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping account access limited to authorized team members, reviewing extracted facts before relying on them, and confirming that source materials and assumptions are accurate for your intended use.

Billing

Paid plans renew monthly through Stripe. Workspace owners and admins can start checkout and manage billing from the application. Feature access is gated by verified subscription status and may fail closed when payment or webhook state is incomplete.

Acceptable Use

Do not use CapRadar to upload unlawful materials, bypass access controls, scrape or enrich data in violation of license terms, send unlawful outreach, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with platform reliability.

Outreach Exports

Direct-mail and B2B-email exports require operator certification of suppression and compliance notes. You are responsible for honoring opt-outs, suppression obligations, recipient eligibility, and applicable marketing laws.

Changes And Support

CapRadar may update these terms as product capabilities, provider requirements, or applicable laws change. Account, billing, security, or policy questions can be sent to support@capradar.app.
