CapRadar helps commercial real estate operators upload deal evidence, review extracted facts, run underwriting scenarios, and export compliant working files. This policy explains the data practices for the CapRadar application.
- Workspace Data
- CapRadar stores account, workspace, deal, document, extracted fact, underwriting, usage, billing, export, and audit data needed to provide the service. Customer workspace records are separated by tenant boundaries and database row-level security.
- Source Documents
- Uploaded documents are stored in private workspace-scoped storage paths. Parsed facts keep source references, confidence signals, review status, and audit history so operators can trace outputs back to source material.
- Service Providers
- CapRadar uses service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, email, analytics, operational monitoring, and vendor-data workflows. Vendor-backed customer features remain limited to applicable provider terms, customer-authorized use cases, and CapRadar audit controls.
- Analytics
- CapRadar uses privacy-conscious pageview and performance telemetry to keep the product reliable and improve the customer experience.
- Customer Controls
- Workspace owners and admins manage billing access from the application. Requests for account support, data access, correction, or deletion can be sent to support@capradar.app.
